The intention of my classes is to give you the opportunity for self exploration, healing and growth.  My style of teaching is based on the Hatha Yoga tradition which means we will explore the balance between effort and ease through breath, meditation and slow steady postures. Each pose has a physical and energetic impact; by incorporating longer holds and space for awareness in between we can notice and sit with what comes up for us. I strive to honor the history and philosophy of Yoga while allowing space for each student’s individual experience and path. All are welcome.

Ground & GLOW Slow Flow| Tuesdays 7am EDT| Virtual | Peaceful Scorpion Wellness

A slower flow class to gently guide you into or out of your day and increase you ability to move with ease. Each class is planned around a specific theme and will encourage you to use your breath to explore your range of motion and to release built up tension. Join to unlock your potential and create space in the body, mind and soul.

Hatha Flow| Tuesdays 12-1pm JST| In Person | Torii Station Fitness Center

Base Access is Required. Preregistration not required.

Take a midday reset by connecting to your body and breath. The classes combine foundational alignment, connection to breath and present moment awareness. Each class will end with relaxation in savasana. All are welcome!

Yin Yoga| Tuesdays 5:15-6:15pm JST| In Person | Camp Courtney Fitness Center

Base Access is Required. Preregistration not required.

Yin Yoga uses breath, time (3-5 mins per pose) and gravity to target your fascia and promote release. Yin Yoga works with the body's energy channels, called meridians, to encourage balance of energy and clear blockages.

Restorative | Select Monday Nights 8-9pm EDT| Virtual | Peaceful Scorpion Wellness

It’s all in the name- this class requires only your presence and props! Each class includes breathwork or visualization and ~3 supported postures followed by an extended Savasana. Set aside the time for a true pause and encourage a restful nights sleep. Rest is a necessity that we treat like a luxury.

Morning Flow | Fridays 9:30-10:30am JST| In Person | The Yoga Tree Okinawa

This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality. Suitable for all levels.

Vinyasa 90 | Sundays 9:30-11am JST| In Person | The Yoga Tree Okinawa

Open to everyone, this class offers progressive challenges and thematic sequences that lead to a peak pose or explore a specific focus. The 90-minute format allows for a deeper warm-up, greater variety of poses, and a more efficient opening of the body. We end with an extended relaxation.
